Suitable as an egg substitute

Description

Mixture that replaces egg, and does not contain cholesterol, lactose, egg or egg derivatives. Perfect for use in cakes, cookies, pancakes, batter, breading, croquettes, pastries and even mayonnaise or omelettes.

Instructions for use

Add 1 teaspoon (3g) 30ml of water (equivalent to 1 egg), replace in the recipe to be prepared with the corresponding eggs.

Composition

Potato starch, tapioca starch, raising agent: calcium carbonate, acidity regulator: citric acid, vegetable gum (stabilizer): methylcellulose.
