Aquacel AG Hydrofiber Dressing 2cmx45cm 5pcs is designed for the advanced treatment of wounds with exudate, being suitable for ulcers, burns, and chronic or acute wounds.

It uses Hydrofiber® technology with ionic silver, providing an antimicrobial barrier that helps reduce the risk of infection and creates an environment conducive to healing.

The dressing works by gelifying its fibers upon contact with exudate, allowing it to:

  • Absorb large amounts of fluid
  • Trap bacteria

Its main features include:

  • Exudate control
  • Maintaining appropriate moisture in the wound
  • Facilitating autolytic debridement, which promotes faster and more comfortable healing
