Arnica essential oil, indicated for sports massages thanks to its double action, soothing and refreshing, which provides an immediate feeling of relief in the areas of application, anti-inflammatory action, it is useful in case of blows and trauma, bruises, sprains, symptomatic treatment of rheumatic ailments and muscle pain from physical activity.
Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.
Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.
In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.
It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.
