Instructions for use

External way:for arthritis, rheumatism, spasms, tendinitis, always dilute: 3 drops of oil + 3 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil applied to the area, 3 times a day.

Internal way:for liver problems, 1 drop of oil, 3 times a day, mixed with honey, olive oil or cane sugar, under the tongue.
