Description

Triple action protein base whose main active ingredient is hydrolysed whey protein, with whey protein and a blend containing 90% pure micellar casein.

Its triple release contributes to multiple uses: The fast action of hydrolysed whey protein, along with whey protein provides an increase in muscle mass and contributes to the preservation of the same. The mixture with micellar casein provides a sustained release perfect for supplementing our diet.

Instructions for use

Dilute 30g (one dispenser) in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Take twice a day, once after training.
