Dietary supplement made from methylsulfonylmethane, an organic compound of sulfur, glucosamine and vitamin C. Its formula combines synergistically help support the functions of cartilage, bones, blood vessels, gums, skin and teeth. In addition to improving the recovery of ligament and tendon injuries.

The recommended daily dose of 2 g (2 tablespoons) is mixed with 100-150 ml of water or juice. Consume 1 serving per day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal. Use the measuring cup included in the package (1 ml).
