Description

Sanon Melatonin liquid spray lemon flavour 50ml is liquid Melatonin in spray format that is indicated for people who suffer from insomnia, especially recommended for those who have a changing sleep cycle due to work, etc. Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep, while Vitamins B1 and B6 help to normalise the immune system.

Benefits: it helps the nervous system to function normally and has relaxing properties.

Instructions for use

  • Spray twice 20 minutes before bedtime (equivalent to 1mg of melatonin), keep in the mouth for 1 minute.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of children's reach.

Lemon essential oil (citrus limonum (l.) burm f) fruit 30mg. Vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1,4mg. Vitamin b1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 1,1mg. Melatonin 1mg. Stabiliser: sorbitol: preservative: potassium sorbate: acidity regulator: citric acid: sweetener: sucralose: emulsifier: polysorbate 80: water.

Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland. It helps your body to know when it is time to go to sleep and when it is time to wake up. An imbalance in the production of this hormone (jet lag, change in work shifts, mild and temporary insomnia, etc.) can lead to an alteration in the sleep-wake cycle that can result in difficulty falling asleep.
Dietary supplements containing melatonin are an option to promote a more restful sleep. Their use should be accompanied by sleep hygiene habits: establishing regular schedules, avoiding late dinners, and avoiding caffeine about 6 hours before going to sleep (coffee, tea, dark chocolate, energy drinks, etc.). It is also advisable to avoid using electronic devices at night or exposure to artificial light, as this will inhibit melatonin production.
