ESI Melatonin Pura 1.9mg Drops 50ml is a natural food supplement that helps treat difficulty falling asleep and maintaining sleep throughout the night and / or children who need to regulate the sleep-wake rhythm.

It is made from Melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine), the hormone produced by the pineal gland and released at night. It contains no alcohol, gluten, lactose or artificial coloring, and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Indicated to promote rest, for those who work in shifts, or in case of jet lag.

Instructions for use

  • Take 1mg of melatonin one hour before bedtime.
