Description

Whole wheat pasta based on 100% organic flour, with ingredients from certified organic farming. Spelt is a cereal that develops a thick crust during the growth phase, which makes it unaffected by atmospheric pollution. It contains a high concentration of magnesium, which helps the correct muscle function, and is a source of protein, iron, phosphorus and vitamins A, B and E. Suitable for preparing soups, prepared dishes and salads.
