Description

- Herbal tea based on organic ingredients, inspired by traditional Indian medicine Ayurveda, which is to treat the body and mind according to the specific character of each individual. The three fundamental energies on which Ayurveda is based are the Kapha, Pitta and Vata doshas.
- The dosha targeted by this Herbal tea is the Pitta dosha, associated with the elements of water and fire, and corresponds to ambition and intensity.
- The Herbal tea is a combination of three plants and four essential spices to balance the Pitta dosha and give it positive energy:
- Hibiscus, which helps manage stress and strengthen the immune system.
- Verbena, with relaxing and sedative properties.
- Rose, for its fragrance with calming virtues.
- With coriander, liquorice, mint and cumin.

Instructions for use

- Pour boiling water over a teaspoon (approximately 2.2g) of the mixture at the rate of one cup per day.
- Allow to infuse for 4 minutes before tasting.

Composition

Coriander * (seed) 35%, Hibiscus * (flower) 22%, Liquorice * (root) 15%, Mint * (leaf) 15%, Cumin * (seed) 5%, Verbena * (leaf) 5%, Pale rose (petal) 3%.
