Description

Wholemeal noodles from certified organic farming. spelt flour. Spelt is the star element of this product. It is a cereal that develops a thick crust during the growth phase, which makes it unaffected by atmospheric pollution. In addition, it reacts negatively to chemical treatments, which makes it an excellent product for organic farming (without the use of pesticides or other pollutants). Spelt contains a high level of magnesium, which helps to combat stress. In addition, it is high in protein, iron, phosphorus and vitamins A, B and E. Spelt also contains more and better quality protein than wheat.

Instructions for use
