Description

Hao Ling tea is a very rare organic pu-erh tea, originating from the Chinese province of Yunnan, which is used to help regulate cholesterol levels. DETAILS It is grown in the region of the "Six Tea Mountains," following the traditional Chinese method that gives it its fine and subtle flavor. It is obtained after a long fermentation of the tea leaves, followed by a post-fermentation period that can last from a few weeks to several months, depending on the desired flavor. Pu-erh tea is famous and appreciated for its round and smooth taste and for its numerous health benefits, such as controlling bad cholesterol and triglyceride levels, as well as its digestive properties. It will help you feel lighter after meals. A study conducted in collaboration with INRA (National Institute of Agricultural Research) has evaluated the beneficial effects of Hao Ling® tea on lipid accumulation. As a complement to a balanced diet, it is an effective ally in controlling cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Instructions for use

Place the tea bag in a cup or teapot with water and steep for as long as necessary. Then remove the bag and drink hot or cold. Read the directions on the package before brewing. Water temperature, as well as steeping time, may vary according to the type of tea or infusion.
