Description

Vera & the Birds Orange Blossom Soap 100g is a body soap made with natural ingredients such as olive and coconut oil, glycerine, orange blossom and orange oil. Handmade by the cold saponification process, this solid soap is indicated for the soft cleaning of body and hands, with a natural aroma of orange blossom and oranges.

Instructions for use

Apply to wet skin and massage gently. It can be used on both hands and body. Rinse with plenty of water and dry. Store the soap bar in a cool dry place. The different bars of soap may be slightly different in colour and shape as it is a handcrafted process produced with natural ingredients.

Glycerin, also known as glycerol, is a viscous, colourless, odourless liquid that is an intermediate product of alcoholic fermentation and is a member of triglycerides. It is highly valued for its moisturising and emollient properties and is therefore widely used in cosmetics.

One of the best-known products with glycerine as a base component is soap. These soaps have a low pH and work as emollient agents on the skin, helping it to maintain and recover its natural moisture level. This is why they are perfect for sensitive or dry skin hygiene.

Glycerin is also present in moisturising creams with an anti-ageing effect, thanks to its ability to soften the skin and increase its elasticity. It has great soothing action, so it effectively reduces irritations, acne marks or small burns, helping accelerate healing. It is also present in shaving lotions, as it reduces friction, as well as in hair care cosmetics such as serums and masks.
