Description

It is a supplement that helps to improve the condition of hair and nails. Presented by Vitacrecil Complex, this medication is mainly composed of biotin, iron, zinc and vitamin B6, whose elements help keep hair and nails healthy and strong. The consumption of these elements prevents the weakening of the capillary structure that appears with the advancing years.

It is indicated for adult women and men, not suitable for children; it has no contraindications. Thanks to its lack of milk protein and lactose, it can be consumed by people intolerant to these compounds. It does not contain sugars or gluten, so it can also be consumed by people allergic to gluten and diabetic patients. Each box contains 90 capsules and in this presentation two boxes are offered.

Instructions for use

Take two capsules a day with each meal for three months.

Composition

L-cystine, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, iron and zinc, with a higher content of L-cystine and iron.

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
