Description

Vitacrecil Complex Forte 90caps is a dietary supplement that helps nourish hair and nails.

Its formula contains L-cystine, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, iron, and zinc to provide all the necessary nutrients for the maintenance of hair and nails in optimal conditions.

Suitable for lactose-intolerant individuals.

Instructions for use

  • Take 2 capsules a day with meals, for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced and/or healthy diet.

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
