Description

Base that is used as a previous step to the eyeshadow. This product of Wibo facilitates the application of any type of shadow, at the same time that enhances the colour and intensity of this once it is on the eyelid. It allows the makeup to have a flawless finish for much longer prolonging its duration and providing a beautiful finish for long hours, just like a professional one.

It is suitable for all skin types and has not been tested on animals. For a correct use and result, it is recommended to apply it evenly on each eyelid with the fingertips. It has to be done with soft and descending movements following the line of the eyelashes, to achieve a good absorption. Afterwards, it is necessary to wait a few seconds before applying the eye shadow.
