Description

Organic dried sea spaghetti seaweed for instant use. For seasoning on rice dishes, potatoes, pasta, salads, soups, vegetables, couscous, stews, casseroles, ratatouille, etc. It can be used as a seasoning, and/or can substitute salt. Sea spaghetti is rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and iodine. Among the vitamins, folic acid stands out, exceeding half of the recommended daily amount, as well as vitamin E, B1 and retinol. It is also rich in fibre, low in fat and provides carbohydrates and proteins of high biological value.

Instructions for use

Sprinkle half a spoon (2g) over the rice dish, potatoes, pasta, salad, soup, vegetables, couscous, stews, ratatouille, etc. As a seasoning, it can replace salt.
