Description

Yeast tablets plus vitamins are essential for proper nail and hair growth and to help improve the appearance of the skin.

Instructions for use

Take 1 or 2 tablets a day with a glass of water, milk or juice.

Composition

Loading agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; brewer's yeast (saccharomuyces cerevisiae) (160 mg), modified starch: Pregelatinized corn starch; d-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin e), zinc sulphate monohydrate, coating agent: Polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol; antigalomerant: magnesium salts of fatty acids; retinyl acetate; anti-caking agent: talc; dyes: e-171, e-101, e-120; sodium selenite.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.

I've been taking it for very little time, but we all know that yeast is very beneficial. In a previous order I ordered Collagen + Hyaluronic Acid and once it was finished I threw away the little boat and I don't remember exactly, but I can tell you that it went really well and at that time I didn't have to put cream on my face.
