Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Shake the vial before opening. Tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break off the first end of the glass to prevent debris from falling out. Turn the bulb upside down and place the first end on the glass. Break the second end of the glass with a paper towel. Allow the liquid to drain. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml). Take 1 ampoule a day, in the morning with breakfast.
