Arkorelax Sommeil Flexi-Doses 60 tablets is a dietary supplement for sleep that is taken in mini doses, to be adjusted according to your needs, to ensure a restorative night's sleep in all circumstances.

Its formula based on poppy helps with relaxation and sleep, and is enriched with melatonin (0.5 mg per tablet).

These mini tablets that dissolve under the tongue are:

Instructions for use

Time zone difference (jet lag): the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg of melatonin, that is, 1 tablet under the tongue just before going to bed, on the first day of the trip and on the days following the day of arrival at the destination.

Sleep onset: 1 tablet under the tongue before going to bed or during the night. It is possible to take up to 3 tablets depending on the need.

Dietary supplements should not in any case replace a healthy, varied, and balanced diet, as well as a healthy lifestyle. Remember:

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
