Description

BetterYou Magnesium Muscle Body Spray 100ml is a spray for natural muscle relaxation. Its natural composition includes:

  • Magnesium chloride
  • Lemon oil
  • Arnica

These ingredients work effectively and are recommended for application after moments of great effort, speeding up recovery time. Additionally, it has a pleasant fragrance and is approved by the vegan vegetarian society.

Instructions for use

-Spray on the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption.

-Ideal after exercise and shower.

-Reapply as needed.

-For best results, apply to clean skin.

-Apply to any part of the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.

Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.

In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.

It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.

Depending on the concentration, it is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding (except for some cosmetics tested at this stage and with low concentrations). When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
