Description

CFN natural dietary supplement with extract of saffron flowers from Morocco and Turkey. Enriched with B complex and L-tryptophan (essential amino acid in human nutrition), to reinforce its therapeutic qualities. The amino acid helps to metabolize melatonin, niacin and serotonin, improving the quality of sleep. The B complex prevents fatigue. In addition, it is an excellent support for mental health.

It is recommended to overcome mood crises related to premenstrual syndrome. It is essential to consult a doctor before taking it. Its use does not replace a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle. If when consuming it intolerance is manifested, it is better to suspend its use and consult a specialist.

Instructions for use

Consume two capsules daily, after the main meals, with plenty of water. Do not exceed the dose.

Composition

Per two capsules: 500mg L-tryptophan, 60mg Affron® saffron dry extract (2% safranal), 1.1mg vitamin B1, 2.5 mcg vitamin B12, 1.4mg vitamin B2, 16mg vitamin B3, 1.4mg vitamin B6, 200 mcg folic acid.
