Description

Gel primer that helps protect the skin. Provides hydration and reinforces the natural function of the skin barrier. Helps wrinkles and pores to smooth and diminish. It is a light and detoxifying gel, free of silicones. It is composed of Indian ginseng root extract and a peptide to protect skin cells from artificial light emissions and environmental stress, improving cellular energy and health. It contributes to a healthy and flawless dermis.

Instructions for use

· Apply to the clean skin with the fingertips after the application of the serum/moisturiser.

· Let it dry before applying the makeup base.

· It can also be used without makeup base below.

Ashwagandha is a small shrub known as Withania somnifera by its scientific name. It is also called Indian ginseng. It is considered a prominent medicinal herb in Indian Ayurvedic systems, with several benefits for the body. It is classified as an adaptogenic plant. This means that it works to support physiological functions, helping to alleviate stress-related symptoms and contributing to the body's "adaptation" to mentally and/or physically challenging situations.

The most commonly used part, the root, contains phytoactive substances such as withaferin A. This substance, along with all the others found in its extract, promotes relaxation while working as a general toner against fatigue resulting from ongoing stress. Ashwagandha promotes more restful sleep and increases resistance to stress. It also supports the immune system and is anti-inflammatory.

Standardised ashwagandha extracts are available as supplements or dietary supplements (capsules, tablets, drinkable ampoules, etc.). It is often combined with other plant extracts and micronutrients. Remember that it is important to get a personalised recommendation and that, if you are taking an anti-anxiety medication or suffer from a chronic illness, you should consult a healthcare professional. Not suitable during pregnancy and lactation.
