Take 1 or 2 tablets a day with meals;

Glucosamine Sulfate 2 KCl, Cider Vinegar Powder, Quercitin, Loading Agent (Cellulose), Modified Starch, Coating Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Dyestuffs: Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide), Loading Agent (Calcium Carbonate), Anti-caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate).
