Lutein (pure in free form), zeaxanthin, 4:1 extract of bilberry (equivalent to 200 mg of plant), 4:1 extract of blackberry (equivalent to 200 mg of plant), 50:1 extract of grape seed (equivalent to 500 mg of plant), 5 mg of zinc, riboflavin (vitamin b2).
