Description

Oat flakes ideal to complete a healthy and balanced diet. They can be added to coffee or milk, prepare a bowl with fruits and chia seeds or accompany it with yogurt and nuts for a complete breakfast. May contain traces of nuts. Obtained from oat grains from organic farming.

Instructions for use

- Serve with yogurt, milk or vegetable drink for breakfast, snacks or as a snack between meals.

- Add a few spoonfuls to a saucepan with hot water to prepare porridge.
