Solgar Magnesium Bisglycinate 60 caps is a dietary supplement that supports the maintenance of the nervous system.

Made from chelated magnesium in the form of bisglycinate for easy absorption and high bioavailability.

It contributes to the maintenance of the nervous system, serves as support during times of mental and/or physical fatigue, and helps reduce tiredness.

Instructions for use

  • For adults, take two (2) capsules daily, preferably with a meal.

  • Swallow the capsules with the help of water or another beverage.

*Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose for this product.
