Very effective against tartar. Its operation by "impulse", projection of air combined with water is confusing at first but the results are there.

I am very disappointed with this product, I do not recommend it at all. If you use a floss after using it, you will still have a lot between your teeth! Very soon I will buy an oral B water jet, that really works well!
