Description

Whole grain spelt macaroni. Perfect for creating a low gluten diet or a healthier alternative to eating pasta. Spelt is a source of minerals such as iron, magnesium and phosphorus, as well as containing essential amino acids, beta-carotene and vitamins B and E. This type of wheat facilitates digestion and its elaboration does not eliminate the nutrients that are so good for the body. It comes from 100% natural and organic farming.

Instructions for use

Cook for 10 minutes in boiling water. Then mix with sauces or vegetables.
