Biocop Piadina Wheat Spelt Flax Bio 225g

3 Piadinas made with a mixture of wholemeal and white spelt wheat flour and flax and poppy seeds. Ideal to prepare it in a frying pan and fill it with sweet or savoury ingredients. Made with extra virgin olive oil. Does not contain milk or dairy products. Suitable for vegans. May contain traces of sesame, soya, gluten, nuts, peanuts and lupins. It is a certified organic product and has passed the food safety controls of the European Union. Keep in a cool, dry place.

Heat a non-stick griddle or frying pan for one minute on each side, place the ingredients on top and then roll or fold the piadina. It can also be eaten cold.
