Castagno Espirales Espelta Eco 500g

Pasta in the form of spelt spirals made with organically grown ingredients. Spelt, in general, has a nutritional value very similar to that of common wheat but contains a higher proportion of riboflavin and niacin than wheat. It is also rich in fibre and vitamins E and B.

Ideal pasta for vegetarians and vegans, as it does not contain egg or lactose.

-Open and cook with water and a little salt to taste. After about 5-7 minutes, remove from heat and drain well with warm water.

-Season with a little oil and add to the rest of the pasta recipe.
