Description

Guar gum powder texturiser, with a slight yellowish touch, which is used as a thickener and food stabiliser, both in sweet and savoury recipes. It has the property of stabilizing very well in all freezing and thawing processes, and of dispersing very well in water or milk by stirring both cold (high viscosity) and hot (low viscosity), forming viscous solutions with a long, thin texture.
