Description

Dietary supplement that helps to provide nutritional value for colder times. The name "ganoderma" comes from the Greek "ganos" brightness and "dermos" skin and the species name "Lucidum" bright comes from Latin. It is cultivated on trees such as oaks, beeches and maples. In fresh it is not usually consumed because of its bitter taste. It contains unsaturated fatty acids, polysaccharides and minerals such as germanium and calcium.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to take 6g daily two teaspoons in one or two intakes mixed with a liquid to taste. Suggested uses are as follows: Breakfast: Coconut and Reishi muffins. Lunch: Chickpea and Reishi croquettes. Dinner: Buckwheat and Reishi Dürüm.
