I am just starting it but looking at the ingredients it is the most complete for pregnancy since the vitamin D supply is quite complete and it also contains methylfolate instead of folic acid which is already more than studied that it should not be taken like that, but in folate. I recommend it because in one pill there is a fairly complete guideline for pregnancy
