Hops extract titrated in 8-Prenylnaringenin, derived from Lifenol® polyphenols, reduces hot flashes and night sweats 4 times over 6 weeks*. Sesame extract titrated in Sesamin completes the formula for optimal efficacy. The odor given off by the capsules comes from the valerian extract, and is normal and without risk to health.
