Laboratoire des Granions ® has chosen to combine active ingredients of plant origin to act both on sleep problems and on the main symptoms characteristic of menopause: hot flashes and night sweats. Its unique formula is a combination of 3 plants: Valerian extract has a relaxing effect that makes it easier to fall asleep and wake up feeling refreshed. Combined with hops extract, it helps to limit nervous states and restore a peaceful and restful sleep. Hops extract titrated in 8-Prenylnaringenin, derived from Lifenol® polyphenols, reduces hot flashes and night sweats 4 times over 6 weeks*. Sesame extract titrated in Sesamin completes the formula for optimal efficacy. The odor given off by the capsules comes from the valerian extract, and is normal and without risk to health.
