Description

Massage oil, formulated with Arnica extract and essential oils of lavender and rosemary, designed to facilitate regeneration, calming, and muscle recovery.

Indicated for application with massage before or after sports activity. The formula also helps to:

  • Relieve muscle fatigue
  • Contains sunflower oil and olive oil that ensure a good oily finish on the skin

This facilitates application with massages. Product of natural origin. Free from:

  • Preservatives
  • Colorants
  • Synthetic fragrances
  • Mineral oils

Instructions for use

How to apply Weleda Arnica Massage Oil

Apply a small amount of oil to slightly moist skin.

Massage gently until completely absorbed. Use daily after shower or bath.

Apply before and after physical exertion.

Composition

SUNFLOWER OIL, OLIVE OIL, NATURAL ESSENTIAL OILS, OIL EXTRACT (SUNFLOWER OIL) FROM ARNICA FLOWERS AND BIRCH LEAVES, NATURAL ESSENTIAL OILS (MAINLY ROSEMARY AND LAVENDER).

Pharmaceutical Advice

Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.

Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.

In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.

It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.

Depending on the concentration, it is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding (except for some cosmetics tested at this stage and with low concentrations). When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
