Description

Infisport Bcaa's Leucina+ is an athletic food supplement that will provide resistance to central fatigue and ensure rapid muscle recovery.

Infisport Bcaa's Leucina+ will provide you with three branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine) in pure form, which are not synthesized by our body. These amino acids are essential for athletes, since while practicing sports these amino acids are used to convert them into energy.

A deficit of these amino acids leads to an increase in what is known as central fatigue and an increase in muscle recovery time. With Infisport Bcaa's Leucina+, you can turn this situation around. In addition, the addition of vitamin B6 facilitates the metabolic exploitation of the product.

A little help to get through your workouts or sports practice!

Instructions for use

Take a dosing spoon at the beginning of training or competition (or during meals on days when you are not training). For maximum effect, it is recommended to continue taking it during exercise, repeating these doses every 45-60 minutes.

Do the same shot at the end of the shot.

It can be placed directly in the mouth or used with water or fruit juice to facilitate swallowing and improve taste.

Composition

Pharmaceutical Advice

Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin needed to form neurotransmitters (nervous system messengers) and adrenal hormones. It is also involved in the proper functioning of the immune system.

Like other B vitamins, it contributes to normal energy metabolism. Its presence in the diet is necessary for normal brain development during pregnancy and childhood. It is therefore involved in proper nervous system function. It is also involved in protein and glycogen formation in the body, as well as red blood cells, which are essential to transport oxygen to cells and tissues. It reduces tiredness and fatigue.

Like the other B vitamins, it is water-soluble, which means that our body cannot store it in large quantities. How can we obtain it? The answer lies in diet, which must be varied and balanced. Foods such as fish (tuna and salmon), meat and eggs, nuts (walnuts), pulses (chickpeas), unrefined cereals and fruit such as bananas provide significant amounts of vitamin B6. If more vitamin B6 is needed, it can be found in dietary supplements with other B vitamins or other ingredients. It is advisable to get advice from a healthcare professional before taking any supplement.
