Suitable for thickening or gelling foods

Description

Strips of agar-agar seaweed, which is the highest quality marine gelatin, and is composed of soluble fiber extracted from the seaweed Gelidium Sesquipedale. It can be used as a thickener or gelling agent in desserts such as cakes, custards or sorbets, or in dishes to make sauces or soups. It does not add any flavour and is very rich in fibre, sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. It can also be added directly to salads, just hydrate for a few minutes, until the desired texture.

Instructions for use

Depending on the type of texture desired: -Very soft texture 0,8g/500ml. -Soft texture 1,5g/500ml. -Hard texture 5g/500ml. -Very hard texture 7g/500ml. Bring to the boil for 5 minutes, mix with the recipe and leave to cool.
