Seaweed of the species Sea Spaghetti, from organic farming, and harvested by hand in their natural environment on the coast of Galicia. It is characterized by a peculiar flavor with hints of nuts and seafood, a very meaty texture and iodized flavor. Ideal as an accompaniment to any pasta dish. It is also delicious as tempura, hydrating it before 30 minutes, or as a garnish for meat or fish dishes. With a great contribution of potassium and magnesium, the latter being up to 8 times more than the content in spinach.
