Description

Supradyn Energy Multivitamin 30 tablets is a multivitamin supplement with minerals that helps to activate and maintain energy and vitality throughout the day. Its formula combines 13 vitamins, 9 minerals, and Coenzyme Q10.

The B vitamins (B2, B6, and B12) help with normal energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue. The vitamins C and E act as antioxidants, protecting cells from oxidative damage. These tablets are indicated for active individuals over the age of 12.

**For adults and children over 12 years old.

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet a day at breakfast for at least six weeks.

*Dietary supplements should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle.
