Ginseng is a plant of the Panax ginseng C.A.Mey species. It has antioxidant, metabolic, immunomodulatory and general toning properties and also supports the recovery process after physical and mental exercise.

I had already used it and it is noticeable. The ability to concentrate and memory increases after use. I bought 2 boxes, the only thing that bothers me is the expiration date that is so close (bought 22/03/22 expires on 05/22.) But as I am going to use it I am not too worried about it.
