Immune has been a big surprise to me and of course it helps. A good buy for the whole family I have been taking Inmune since March. My ENT doctor recommended it to me for 3 months because I always get a lot of colds and pharyngitis during seasonal changes..... It has worked for me, this year goodbye to spring colds!!! he has recommended me to take another 3 month shock for the whole family also in the fall before the kids start bringing home viruses and other germs from school. It will not immunize us 100% but if we can prevent colds and save us from a few throughout the year it will be an excellent help. Good product, I recommend it!
