Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take one tablet a day, swallowing or dissolving it in the mouth, 1 hour before bedtime. In case of jet lag Take 1 tablet in the evening, on the day of the journey and for 4 days after the journey.
