Acofarvital Melatonin 1.95mg presents melatonin in the form of sublingual tablets that have 2 benefits: they are absorbed more quickly and avoid immediate inactivation by the liver. In this way melatonin will produce its effect more quickly and facilitate the first phase of sleep.

Each tablet contains a dose of 1.95mg of melatonin.

Instructions for use

Let 1 tablet dissolve under your tongue half an hour before going to bed. It is recommended to take this product at the same time every day. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
