Description

Consuming this multivitamin supplement helps in the treatment of chronic fatigue caused by low concentration or absence of minerals and nutrients. Based on the joint action of a complete group of vitamins, which work with zinc and chromium, it also protects cells from oxidation.

It is a suitable pill for vegan and/or vegetarian diets, as it is made from tapioca. To reduce constant fatigue, NUTERGIA recommends:

  • Eating nutritiously and increasing the consumption of legumes and fresh fruits.
  • Reducing the consumption of sugars and processed foods.
  • Consuming proteins and engaging in moderate physical activity.
  • Implementing techniques such as meditation for stress management.

It should be stored at temperatures below 25°C and out of reach of children. Its intake does not replace a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Instructions for use

Take 1 capsule orally in children or adolescents and 2 in adults, at breakfast.

Ingredients: Acerola juice powder, vitamin B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9 methylated, B12 methylated, vitamin A, C, D3, vitamin E, zinc gluconate and chromium chloride, vegetable magnesium and calcium phosphate (anti-caking agents) and mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (bulking agents).
