Jaldes Silettum Capillary Volume and Vitality 3x60 Capsules is a food supplement enriched with marine silicon from algae, sulfur amino acids and B vitamins to provide volume and vitality to fine hair. The two algae Lithothamnium calcareum and Palmaria palmata contain minerals and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium and zinc that remineralize and strengthen hair. The amino acids L-methionine and cysteine are part of the composition of keratin, the main hair protein, and strengthen the hair fiber. Instructions for use

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
