Redoxon Complex 2x30 effervescent tablets are multivitamin effervescent tablets. They combine 13 vitamins, 9 minerals, and Coenzyme Q10 and are specially developed to complement the diet and provide the body with support in situations of extraordinary physical and intellectual strain or during recovery periods. They help replenish losses that occur through sweating.

This product helps maintain the proper functioning of the immune system thanks to its contribution of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, iron, zinc, selenium, and copper.

• In case of convalescence: take 1 tablet a day, preferably in the morning. Maintain the treatment for one or two months.

• In case of physical exercise: take 1 tablet a day, preferably in the morning. If you are going to perform intense physical exercise (like a marathon), it is recommended to start taking the supplement one month before the competition. If you train continuously, maintain the treatment for periods of 3 months with monthly breaks between periods.
