Before the first use of the pacifier, it is recommended to sterilise it with boiling water for 2 minutes, then squeeze it to remove the water and let it air dry. Introduce the pacifier into the baby's mouth to calm them, help them sleep, and/or in case of absence of breastfeeding, to allow the baby to suck regularly, thus reducing the risk of sudden infant death. Repeat the sterilisation if the pacifier gets dirty or falls on the floor, and at least once a day to eliminate any bacteria that may have accumulated during use.
