Description

A delicious body scrub infused with grapefruit and sage.

This body scrub helps us to remove all kinds of impurities or dead cells from the skin of the body. Thus, we will manage to stimulate the renewal of the skin to get a soft touch and a beautiful appearance free of roughness or imperfections.

Its texture includes micro-granules of 100% natural origin: argan powder and perlite. The former intensely cleanses the skin by dragging away dead cells, while the latter smoothes the surface of the skin to leave it with a completely velvety feel.

It protects the skin's natural balance and creates a moment of well-being for body and mind thanks to its stimulating and delicious scent that will lightly perfume your skin with grapefruit and sage extracts.

Its light gel texture with macro-particles generates a light foam on application and provides a delicious and fruity aromatic sensation.

Suitable for all skin types.

Instructions for use

- Apply 1 or 2 times a week.
- Spread the scrub on the skin of the body previously moistened.
- Massage gently paying special attention to the most problematic areas (knees, heels, elbows...).
- Finally rinse with water and apply body moisturiser.

Sage (Salvia Officinalis) is a wild, aromatic Mediterranean plant that is well known for its traditional use in health care. Its active principles, such as Rosmarinus acid, are recognised by the European Pharmacopoeia and are attributed with antioxidant, digestive and antibacterial properties. It is a plant with multiple qualities which can be ingested as a dietary supplement or infused as herbal tea. It can also be used topically, in creams or lotions. Some dietary supplements for support during perimenopause and menopause contain sage extract, as it helps to mitigate hot flashes and other discomforts. Its emmenagogue properties also help regulate menstruation. In topical use, in the oral cavity (as an infusion or extract for gargling), it is anti-inflammatory and antiseptic thanks to the components of its essential oil. It helps soothe the throat and irritated oral mucosa. Sage also helps regulate digestion and is useful to relieve mild dyspepsia. Ongoing use of this plant extract, or use in high doses, should be avoided as it may have undesirable effects. Oral intake or use of sage essential oil is clearly contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is very important to always follow the indications and dosage indicated by the manufacturer.
