Description

It is a mix based on ground flax seeds combined with buckwheat and fruits. Suitable for breakfast and snacks, or for healthy snacks. It contains raspberry, blueberry and strawberry, which provide antioxidants to the body. Brown flax seeds provide fatty acids and omega 3 and 6 to the body. It provides a lot of satiety.
